What we collect

When you request a quote or submit a facility listing we collect the details you enter: your requirements or facility details, company name, contact name, email, phone and anything else you choose to include. Our server also records the time of the request and the IP address and browser it came from, to prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use it to qualify and answer your request. Before you approve otherwise, facilities and providers see only an anonymized summary of your requirements (no company name). With the permission you give on the form, we share your company name and requirements with the facilities or providers selected to quote it, and only those. Facility listing details are used to review and, if approved, publish the listing; your personal contact details are never published.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Analytics (only if you opt in)

We use Google Analytics only if you allow it. The first time you visit, a banner asks whether to allow analytics. Until you choose Accept, the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all, nothing is sent to Google and no analytics cookies are set. If you decline, it stays off.

If you accept, Google Analytics measures how the site is used: pages viewed, the site that referred you, device and browser type, approximate location, and whether a quote request was sent (not its contents). It sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*), and Google processes this data on our behalf. Advertising storage, ad personalization and Google signals stay off whatever you choose.

We remember your choice in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings (also in the footer of every page). Withdrawing consent turns analytics off straight away and deletes the analytics cookies. Clearing your browser's site data resets the choice, and the banner will ask again. The quote form works the same whether or not you allow analytics.

Spam protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is submitting them. Turnstile loads from challenges.cloudflare.com when you use a form and processes limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser signals) for that check only.

Service providers

When you submit a quote request or listing, it is stored on our server and delivered to our team by email and team messaging. Those providers process it only to deliver it to us.

Retention and your choices

We keep request records as long as needed to serve the request and meet legal and accounting obligations. To see, correct or delete what we hold, call or text (312) 313-3883 or write to us at the address below.
