Rural and edge Nevada: Elko, Ely, Pahrump, Mesquite and Winnemucca
Outside the two metros, Nevada has very little multi-tenant colocation. Here is what that means for edge, mining, logistics and public-sector workloads in rural Nevada.
Most rural requirements end up in one of three places: a Reno or Las Vegas facility with good routes to the area, a small on-site or edge room, or a longer-term powered-land project. We help you weigh them honestly.
Several rural counties paused or restricted new data centers in 2026, so check local rules before planning any build.
