Frequently asked questions
What does NevadaDataCenter.com do?
We are an independent sourcing and referral service. You describe the space, power, connectivity and timing you need anywhere in Nevada; we match it against facilities statewide, check fit, and introduce you to the options that work. You contract, pay and are supported directly by the facility you choose. We do not own or operate data centers.
Does it cost anything to use?
Requesting quotes and introductions is free, with no obligation. We are typically paid a referral fee by the provider you choose; nothing is ever charged to you without your written agreement.
Which parts of Nevada do you cover?
The whole state: Reno, Sparks, the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center (McCarran), Carson City and Fernley/Silver Springs in the north; Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Apex and Boulder City in the south; and rural and edge requirements around Elko, Ely, Pahrump, Mesquite and Winnemucca. If you are flexible, pick Anywhere in Nevada on the form.
What sizes of requirement do you handle?
From a single cabinet to multi-megawatt private suites, wholesale halls, powered shells and land for build-to-suit projects, including high-density and liquid-cooled GPU deployments.
Why don’t you show prices?
Colocation pricing depends on power, density, term, cooling and connectivity, and it changes with availability. Rather than publish numbers that would be wrong for your requirement, we get you written quotes for your actual specification.
Where does the facility directory come from?
From PeeringDB, the public database of interconnection facilities, networks and internet exchanges, used with permission. It shows each facility’s operator, address and the networks, carriers and exchanges listed there. Being listed does not mean a facility works with us or endorses this site.
Who sees my company name?
Until you give permission on the form, facilities see only an anonymized summary of your requirements. With your permission, we share your company name and requirements only with the facilities or providers selected to quote them.
I run a Nevada data center. Can I be listed?
Yes, and listing is free with no obligation. Use the List your facility form. We review every submission before it is published, and you can also claim or correct an existing directory entry.
Can you help with GPU capacity, not just space?
Yes. Tell us the GPU model, count, fabric and whether you bring your own servers. We can source high-density colocation for your hardware, or GPU capacity itself through our sister services.
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within one business day, with questions or a first set of options. Large or powered-shell requirements take longer to scope, and we will tell you what to expect.
Do you charge facilities to be listed?
No. Listing a facility is free, with no obligation. We review listings before publishing them.
Are you a data center operator or a partner of the facilities listed?
Neither. NevadaDataCenter.com is an independent service operated by Wells Software Consulting LLC. Facilities in the directory come from PeeringDB and are listed factually; a listing does not mean a partnership or endorsement.
